2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Residential and commercial landscaping

Lawn care and maintenance

Hardscaping and excavation

Seasonal cleanups

Planting, mulching, and edging

Driveway and walkway installations

General property maintenance

All services are subject to availability, location, and project scope.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service in the event of weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or client non-compliance.

3. Estimates and Payments

Cedar Crown™ Projects provides free estimates for  services.

Estimates are non-binding until formally accepted by the client in writing or through digital confirmation.

Final pricing may vary based on on-site conditions, material costs, or additional work requested.

Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept standard forms of payment (cash, check, electronic transfer, or approved digital payment services).

Failure to remit payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in late fees, collection efforts, or suspension of ongoing services.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients may request service appointments via phone, email, or our website’s estimate/scheduling form.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

If our crew arrives on-site and work cannot be performed due to client inaccessibility or lack of notice, a service call fee may apply.

5. Liability and Insurance

Cedar Crown™ Projects operates in 100% Commercial Liability via private indemnity bond for the protection of both our clients and our team.
While every reasonable precaution is taken to avoid property damage, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing conditions, hazards, or damage prior to service;

Natural occurrences (weather, pests, erosion, etc.);

Third-party interference or actions beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for notifying Cedar Crown™ Projects of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or any hidden structures before work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safety and efficiency, clients agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area;

Remove pets, vehicles, and obstructions from service zones;

Notify us of any special concerns, materials, or restrictions on-site.

Failure to provide adequate access or communication may delay or void service guarantees.

7. Good Faith and Workmanship

Cedar Crown™ Projects stands by the quality of our work.
In Good Faith we intend to provide you with professional results consistent with appropriate standards and project scope.
Certain services (such as plantings, lawns, or materials) may be subject to natural variation or limited warranty depending on conditions and client maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, written materials, and branding under Cedar Crown™ Projects™, is protected intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cedar Crown™ Projects shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our services or website.

Client information collected via our website forms, phone, or email is used solely for communication, scheduling, and service purposes.
